This service is absolutely terrible at CheapClass.
It has been 10 days and my problem is still not solved. They keep giving the same response: “Our team will provide an update,” but their useless team never actually updates anything.
They just want customers’ money for free.
It’s the cheapest and third-class service.
I have been continuously following up since 7th February regarding the exchange of my product, but their team does not understand either Hindi or English properly. There is no proper customer complaint number in their app where we can raise a complaint.
I have clearly told them many times that I only want to exchange the product, but they are not able to understand such simple language.

They keep saying that they do not have the details, even though I have already shared the details here as well.
This is the worst and cheapest service.

I am reporting this to relevant authorities as Vetic wants to shield the negligence.

Formal Complaint: Negligence in Post-Operative Care Resulting in Death of Cat – Indra (01.01.2025)
I am writing this email with deep grief and distress to formally report negligence and lack of due medical care by your veterinarian at Vetic Kandivali, which resulted in the death of my cat, Indra.

On 01.01.2025, I brought Indra, a free-roaming cat under my care, to your Kandivali clinic as he was bleeding from the mouth. After examination, your veterinarian diagnosed that Indra’s teeth were broken and decayed and advised that dental extraction was required. The procedure was carried out at your clinic.

Post-procedure, Indra was safely kept in a cage at his usual location for observation. However, he bled excessively through the night. Early the next morning, I immediately brought Indra back to the same veterinarian and showed him clear photographs evidencing significant blood loss from the mouth.

Despite being presented with visible proof of continuous bleeding after a dental procedure, the veterinarian stated that he “could not see any bleeding points” in the mouth and took no corrective or preventive action. No emergency intervention, no saline support, no observation, and no admission for monitoring was advised or initiated. Indra was sent back with me.

Within approximately one hour of returning, Indra began bleeding again. I immediately called the same veterinarian and informed him that the bleeding had resumed. At this point, instead of addressing the emergency himself, he advised me to consult another veterinarian from the same clinic chain, stating that a senior doctor there “might be more competent.”

This statement itself is alarming. If the treating veterinarian believed he was not competent to handle a post-operative complication, he should have escalated the matter immediately in the morning itself, retained the cat under observation, or ensured emergency stabilisation. Sending a bleeding animal away without monitoring or intervention amounts to gross negligence.

Due to the failure to act in time and the lack of appropriate post-operative care, Indra continued to bleed and ultimately passed away.

I request the following from your end within 7 days of receipt of this email:

A complete written explanation of the diagnosis, dental procedure performed, and post-operative assessment.

Clarification on why no emergency measures or observation were initiated despite clear signs of blood loss.

Details of the veterinarian(s) involved, including qualifications and roles.

Please note that this email is being sent as a formal record. In the absence of a satisfactory response, I will be constrained to escalate this matter to the State Veterinary Council, Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, and other appropriate authorities for negligence and deficiency in service.

This communication is written in pain, but also with the expectation of accountability from a professional medical establishment.

Sincerely,

I recently visited Vetic Pet Vet in Kandivali with my cat Lucky, and I can confidently say it was one of the best veterinary experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we entered, everything felt extremely well-organized, clean, and welcoming.
The staff members were very polite, calm, and friendly. They treated both pets and pet parents with a lot of respect and patience, which instantly made me feel comfortable. The doctor explained everything in a very clear and simple way, making sure all my doubts were answered properly. I really appreciated how carefully and gently Lucky was handled.
The clinic itself is beautifully maintained. The lighting is excellent, the space is hygienic, and even basic facilities like clean drinking water are thoughtfully provided. These small details show how much care and planning has gone into creating a comfortable environment.
One of the cutest and most heart-warming moments was seeing a cat at the entrance, almost like a little welcome host 🥰 It immediately made the place feel pet-friendly and positive.
Overall, the professionalism, cleanliness, and genuine care shown by the staff and doctors truly stood out. Vetic Pet Vet is a place where pets are treated with love and responsibility, and pet parents can feel relaxed and confident.

I would highly recommend Vetic Pet Vet, Kandivali to anyone looking for high-quality veterinary care and a truly pleasant experience for their pets.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Vetic Kandivali. The medicine bottle Smoothie I received packed by the person at the reception counter and checked at home was damaged, making it unsafe and unusable. I immediately reached out to customer support with pictures, but despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no resolution to this issue.

Product condition: Arrived broken and unfit for use.

Customer service: Slow responses, repeated assurances, but no actual action taken.

Resolution: Still pending after several attempts to get help.

This is unacceptable, especially when dealing with essential medicines where reliability and safety are critical. I expected a prompt replacement or refund, but instead I’ve been left waiting with no clear answers.

Recommendation: Pet parent think before you take the medicine home as the person especially is more often on the phone then attending the customer. Packaging was done in haste to continue his call.
