I have visited for treatment of my cat in Emergency. We explained her that our cat was getting distressed and her behaviour is abnormal, in few hours of intervals and showed video to the dr. and our cat has given birth to 2 kittens few weeks before. She said it’s ok this is normal. She suggested what we can do is take Xrays and do blood test to understand what’s wrong. And given estimate which we was not affordable for us so we told her the receptionist and Dr. we don’t want to proceed. Do we still need to pay consultation fees they said yes. I said please let go of the fees as we haven’t got any explanation or Solutions or Medicine for same. They said Dr. Has given suggestion for understanding of required treatment. Which she failed to understand. So we paid 1200 just for suggestion. And next day we took our cat to another hospital where we Explained the Dr. same thing and showed same video. And Dr. Understood and explained the reason and given injection and prescribed medicine and now she is feels better. I don’t understand whether she was genuinely concerned about understanding her behaviour or the dr. is inexperienced or they we’re looting us.
Ajay , irfan both groomed hope and max very well they are very friendly with animals and really helped us a lot while we visited, the haircut and hygiene was just how I wanted very happy with the services.
The haircut was not at all even, after telling him multiple times that the grooming is not proper he still ignored it. All her paws have a different cut that too not in a proper shape. The body hair is also not in line. She had 0 knots and here hair was long enough for a proper haircut but still they did such a bad haircut. He was also shown a picture of the haircut (which she had already gotten once) and he agreed with us that it is possible. It’s her birthday this 16 and we feel so bad for her. Did we pay 1600 for this kind of service. Also the staff keeps on changing everytime.
A busy vet clinic hence best Veterinarians and staff to ensure ur babies are well taken care. 5 OPDs, 3 Grooming stations, 1 OT, 1 Scanning center and pet shop. Well trained support staff, courteous n humble reception desk. We had consulted Dr Saurabh for one of German shepherds surgery. Very very satisfied the way everything was handled...he explained procedures n pre-post treatment know-abouts. Parking is available but u need to be lucky to get to park as its a busy road.
