Had a truly peaceful and refreshing stay at Utopia Farmstay. The property has a beautiful lakeside ambience with well-maintained greenery, open spaces, and stunning sunrise & sunset views that make you slow down and enjoy the moment.
What stood out the most was the warmth and hospitality. The food felt completely homely, fresh, and prepared with genuine care. The aamras was exceptional — made from organically grown mangoes from their own farm and naturally ripened. You can actually taste the authenticity.
If you are looking for a calm staycation near Nashik away from crowded resorts, this place is a hidden gem. Perfect for families, couples, or anyone wanting a quiet nature break.

Our stay at Utopia Farmstay was truly memorable! The location itself is breathtaking—nestled in the middle of farmlands with serene views overlooking the Gangapur lake by the mountains, it instantly makes you feel calm and connected to nature.
What really stood out was the simple, rustic charm of the rooms. Every space felt thoughtfully designed, with careful attention to small details that made the stay warm and comfortable without taking away from the natural, earthy vibe.
We took the 3-hr pottery workshop conducted by Omkar Karpe, who is a genuinely talented individual - it was worth every moment spent, and is highly recommended, even for beginners!
A special mention goes to Uttara Ma’am, the owner, whose personal care and involvement made a big difference. From ensuring everything was just right to making us feel genuinely welcome, that extra effort did not go unnoticed.
Overall, Utopia Farmstay offers a beautiful blend of location, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. We would definitely love to come back again!
This is a place you go to when you want to escape the bustling city. It's chaos and pollution...somewhere you can slow down and connect with nature. Feast your eyes to a panoramic view of sunflowers and the beautiful gangapur lake. The food is simple yet sumptuous. The staff are polite and courteous. And lastly, the beautiful 'young' couple - Uttara and Adwait - our hosts- who made sure we were taken care of. It was lovely spending time with them in the midst of nature.
We had a wonderful stay at Utopia. The property is beautifully made and located beside a serene lake, it truly feels like stepping into a different world. The food was fresh, organic, and straight from the farm, simple and delicious just the way we like it. The staff was amazing. We also had lovely conversations with the warm hosts and fellow guests, which made the experience even more special. A truly memorable stay for our family.
After the traffic and pollution of Pune, Utopia was the perfect antidote. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable; the communal areas inviting and the food served delicious, healthy and plentiful. Lovely view over the lake which added to the wholesome and restorative experience.
