Company is doing unfair pricing in khappali atta like for acquiring new customer they are offering 1488 and Existing customer who have membership they have to pay 1891. So existing customer have to pay more then the new customer.
I bought their A2 cow ghee on Amazon fresh. It’s one of the pathetic ghee that I bought. They are costlier than other brands but the quality is worst than the low grade ghee. The ghee totally smells like vanaspati. I have a home made ghee so easily we can check the products authenticity. I would never ever try this brand again. I did buy rosier ghee twice the quality was good and the same both the time. My neighbour referred me to two brothers both me and my neighbour we have toddlers at home for whom we are ready to spend but we need a good quality product. Such a pathetic expirence. I also went through the reviews on google. 70% of the positive review is by their internal team. Hence not a brand to trust.
All my orders so far have been a good experience. The service is quick, and the team is very customer-friendly. Highly recommend Two Brothers.
Had purchased a five kg pack of this atta from Amazon. Within a fortnight after opening the pack it became infested with worms and small insects and started emitting a foul smell making it unfit for consumption. This is just to alert others, please do not get carried away by any false promises and stick to proven brands.
I had recently ordered the khapli flour and expected a good experience since this isn't the first time i ordered it . First of all it came a 5 days late after constant calling and now it's been just 14 days and the flour has small black insects in it . They claim that it's freshly grounded so I don't think there should be any chance of something like this to happen . I have also been storing it the Same way as I did the last time .
Editing this review on 5 th July -the last they had agreed to send me a replacement order and I received it today the first two photos are of the first problem that I face and then the next are from 5 th July and just look at the condition it is covered in worms
