My dry cleaning has not been returned. And when I call the number I keep getting vague answers. This is the second time this has happened. I should have never given my clothes to this extremely unprofessional service. If I don't get my clothes back please expect a consumer court notice
I used to be happy with Tumbledry until they ruined one expensive satin shirt. I sent it for dry clean and it came back full of stains.
After I complained they asked to pick the shirt for inspection. Now they don’t even reply my messages to get my shirt back.
I’m very disappointed about the service. I understand mistakes can be done but communication is key.
I had my dress cleaned, but it came back with lots of stains. It was supposed to be clean, but instead it was covered in dirt. I
recommend that you do not request one as it will waste your time and money.
Found a very nice place near Byculla for laundry of wedding clothing and shoes. Services were very nice and fast. Anyone who wants dry clean their premium clothing and shoes highly recommended to visit this place.
The worst service ever had.
I have been experiencing this for the second time now, first I had given my shoes for cleaning and it turned out to the worst they spoiled the entire shoes the leather started to Peel off the shoes turned brown, but after that I thought of trusting them again and gave my Zara white jacket to them again they did the came they made the entire jacket worst they made it brown the worst. The manager who works there is the most disrespectful person he dose not have any manners to talk to the customers worst customer service ever.
Won’t ever go back.
