There is no way to contact SHRIRAM finance. The only telephone number which is listed is not attended. Very surprising for a service based company.
For safety of your hard earn money and peace of mind never put your money in Shriram Finance fixed deposit. Their software is duped such that after collecting money it will not allowed to complete the process. A message will be displayed that our executive will contact you. No one will contact you, if you contact them first they will tell there is no such transaction. After giving proof they will stop answering and your money will be in dispute. They will not make refund also by giving many excuses. Don't get trapped in 9.4% catch. If you check with any interest calculator app then it is about 9% only.
this company behaves like a headless monster. once loan is disbursed they just disappear. never gave me the insurance policy for which they collected 2.5 lacs. office people say they don't handle queries and ask us to mail. mail doesn't elicit response. now i want to foreclose the loan and they have hit me with prepayment penalty which was not even mentioned in the sanction letter. now they don't even acknowledge the mail when i ask for clarification. RBI should cancel their license for unethical practices.

Pathetic finance company and unprofessional staff.
We have already applied for loan closure for which we have submitted our cheque on (08.08.2023). At the same time we were informed that since our EMI was already deducted and the cheque was also processed we will get our interest amount refund.
For this we are following up with your employee Neha Bahadkar from customer care. Whereas she confirmed to us that when we visit the office to collect the closure documents we will get the cheque for our refund amount. On the day of 7th September she said it will be transferred to your account.(we have mailed a cheque photo.) WHICH IS NOT YET RECEIVED TO US. And whenever we are following up with her we get the answer that it is in process and since There will be a lot of work involved since she is alone to deal with this.
We are asking to connect us with some senior person so she denied and said there is no senior management and everything regarding the refund is looked at by myself.
The service which we are getting from Shriram Finance is really very disappointing and pathetic due to which we were fed-up and already closed this loan. But still we are suffering to get our money back.
