⚠️ Worst Experience with Trinity Air Travel – Highly Unprofessional Service
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Trinity Air Travel due to poor coordination and rude behavior from staff members Shree and Surya.
Here’s what happened:
I inquired about a flight ticket and was provided with a price.
I confirmed the booking and requested bank details for payment.
Despite receiving multiple payment reminders, no bank details were shared, even after repeated follow-ups.
During working hours, the staff claimed they were busy but continued sending reminders without resolving the issue.
Due to this unnecessary delay and lack of coordination, I had to retrieve the bank details from their previous emails myself.
By the time I checked the flight independently, the ticket price had increased, causing me a direct financial loss.
Throughout the process, the staff’s attitude was rude, uncooperative, and highly unprofessional.
This entire experience was a complete waste of time and caused avoidable stress. Such service standards are unacceptable for a professional travel company. I sincerely hope Trinity Air Travel’s management takes this feedback seriously and improves internal coordination and customer handling.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this visa service company. From the beginning, there was a lack of clear communication and proper guidance. The staff seemed unprofessional, often giving incomplete or confusing information. My application process was unnecessarily delayed due to their negligence, which caused me stress and uncertainty about my travel plans.
Despite repeated follow-ups, I did not receive timely updates, and I felt that my concerns were ignored rather than addressed. For the fees they charge, I expected a much more reliable and supportive service. Unfortunately, this company failed to deliver even the basic level of professionalism.
I would not recommend their services to anyone who values their time, money, and peace of mind.
I am writing to thank Mr Ankit for arranging a memorable trip to Maldives Bandos Island Resort for me and suggesting me this budget friendly resort. I am totally satisfied with the accommodation and I would also like to appreciate Ms Sayali for after sales travel guidelines provided by her in these COVID-19 restrictions, it was very helpful.
Regarding Bandos Island Resort it is best place for couples in Maldives. Very worth for the money and a lovely atmosphere around.
Well maintained gardens and clean beaches.
Food is also amazing where they offer some indian meals too which was awesome.
Staffs are very polite and helpful. Service was superb.
Perfect honeymoon destination in budget.
