The main problem is the location of the hotel. It is situated in a slum area where the crowd is very strange. If any female is there do not choose this.
Overall staff is good.
Also they will show a lucrative booking price on OYO but finally they will refuse that they do not book through OYO. Finally you have to pay a higher amount for not so worth it hotel.
You can get much better stays at the same prices.
Will not recommend this place to anyone at all, though in andheri east, their go to way is all dug up and they have another alternative way which is full of thrash and bad smell, will charge u like a luxury hotel and locality feels like a slum area! The pool is not cleaned pn daily basis neither are the rooms! We had to ask them to come and clean it up after we checked in coz it was all dusty in the rooms and washroom. Their bathrooms are huge comparatively u cn have bathtub to urself which will compensate for the pool but he place is not worth the pay. We paid 8k per night for 3 people staying with included breakfast but let me tell u its NOT WORTH IT!!! Breakfast will have only 4 things not even a 5th thing and if ur vegetarian only 3 options, no breakfast spread system, hot miniature dosa for serving every morning will be the only thing u might like!!!
Also worst service, they wont even come to carry ur bags when u finally checkin or out!!! Waste of money!!!!
At INR 5000 a day room
- Coffee stained blanket - asked to replace - they don't have the replacement
- Lift and lift entrances area had dead rodent smell for more than 24 hours - couldn't get it removed & kept using febreeze which was ineffective by the way
- Road to the hotel is completely destroyed due to the the roadwork - so expect to carry your heavy luggage yourself to from main road to the hotel.
Waste of time and money - Avoid.
Booked this hotel and made payment in advance through OYO app. Upon reaching the hotel, the people at reception refused to accept the booking through OYO app, telling they had no tieup with OYO. I had entire booking details in mail and message as evidence. The lady at reception suggested to cancel OYO booking and ask for refund and book the room offline by making fresh payment to them at price Rs 4800 for a day.This was the treatment given when I arrived after travelling and booked this property from Pune.
I had to leave and search for another hotel, why are listing your hotel on platform,when you don't honour your contract.The receptionist proudly said they had returned another person morning, who booked using same app. Please don't come to their hotel, by booking through apps.They will simply say, they don't have tieup with that app, and ask you book room offline at their overcharged price.
I however went to this hotel website and saw that room were available at less price than one the receptionist were asking.
I immediately left hotel with my family feeling cheated.
Decent rooms, and the food is also good—especially the dal khichdi. However, as non-vegetarians, we faced some difficulty since fish is not available, and the chicken was not well cooked. We ordered it multiple times but experienced the same issue each time.
Apart from that, everything else is good. The staff is really supportive and helpful, and the location is also convenient.
Ms. Khushi handled our checkout process; she was very nice and helpful.
