Very nice customer support. Got a call back from Mr. Karan who explained all what I needed to understand. I was looking for understanding their desktop app + GTT + Bracket order. Which he went in detail to explain till the time I was clear to everything at this point of time. As it was market off time so will taste all live tomorrow and got it more cleared. Pathetic customer care service. They show updated average price of a share, even if share is not yet deposited or settled for account. If you report the issue over call, they don't raise a ticket. BECAUSE they don't know if you will ever hear back from their backend team. So they ask to email same
Why customer care cant raise a ticket for flaw in their system.
