I LOVE TIP AND TOE!!!!! They make my nails perfect every single time. Pooja is an absolutely amazing nail tech and she is also so sweet to talk to. Definitely recommend💅
I just had my lashes done by Pooja. She was very patient, understood exactly what I want and gave me perfect consultation because I am very happy with my lash extensions. I got the Russian, which looks voluminous without looking tacky. It was a cozy experience, I even fell asleep during the process!
Have been a regular customer for 3 years, and I must say the service is excellent. Each employee is accomodating, and skilled. The prices are reasonable. The massage is cherry on the top. My feet remain hydrating for days! Looking forward to try the manicure services soon.
I got a manicure and gel polish done by Aniket and he did a great job. I was very happy with the results. Aniket was very professional, attentive and understanding. Would highly recommend a visit to Tip and Toe.
I had booked a birthday pedicure for myself (in advance) at Tip and Toe Salon, Malad and arrived exactly on time, having carefully planned my day around the scheduled slot. To my surprise, upon arrival I was informed that no technician was available and was asked to wait an additional 15–20 minutes. This defeats the entire purpose of booking an appointment in advance.
The salon fails to understand that our time is as valuable as theirs! And it was so disappointing to see the receptionist casually tell me to wait for almost half an hour for an appointment i had booked hours in advance.
If walk-in delays are going to impact pre-booked appointments, this should be communicated transparently beforehand. Otherwise, advance booking becomes meaningless.
Also, this is my second horrible experience at this place. The first being gel polish with a simple design which the technician couldn’t even do. So yeah, never ever going back again and advising my near and dear to never go there if they value their time and money!
