I had severe upper back pain mainly rhomboid since couple of weeks. I visited Dr.Parvesh looking at the reviews here. Doctor listened briefly and advised for 10 days session. I was surprised he didn't even check. While I was told initially that posture and exercises will be told after couple of sessions, no one advised later. Pain reduction was around 30%-40% after 10 days. I was told to extend for 5 more days which I did. But overall around 50% only I see improvement. In each session I had to highlight my pain points and remind them what they told yesterday about treatment to ensure same is administered.
We had a great experience with Dr. Pravesh Kumar and his team. We were assigned a home physiotherapist, Dr. Pundlik, whose approach was very patient and caring. He explained each exercise clearly, and his guidance was extremely helpful. My father had a minor stroke and frozen shoulder pain, for which the doctor recommended physiotherapy. We chose Physio Planet, and it has truly helped him recover gradually, step by step.
I had an MCL ligament injury, and The Physio Planet has played a major role in my recovery.
Dr. Sanjana motivated me in every session, ensured I performed all the exercises correctly with personal attention, and patiently answered all my countless questions.
