Rude behaviour , not proper cleaning in the bathroom . Inside the area hot . AC only in night time after 10 clock. Day time not start AC.
The Passenger Dormitory in Anthari is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The dormitory is infested with bed bugs. Within a short time of lying on the bed, I started experiencing severe itching and was completely unable to sleep. The beds and bedding are extremely unhygienic, showing a complete lack of basic cleanliness and maintenance. This place is unsafe for passengers, especially for those arriving tired and expecting rest. The management appears negligent and unconcerned about the health and comfort of guests. I strongly warn travelers to avoid this dormitory and look for alternative accommodation.
Great place to stay alone/friends freindly staff and nice environment
I recently had the opportunity to stay at the new passenger dormitory, and my experience was genuinely pleasant. The facility was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience to travelers like me.
From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly and helpful, making the process smooth and hassle-free. The beds were comfortable, with clean linens and proper ventilation. Each bunk had its own charging point, reading light, and locker, which made it feel secure and private even in a shared space.
The washrooms were well-maintained and hygienic, with continuous water supply and proper sanitation. There was also a common lounge area where passengers could relax, charge their devices, or catch up on some rest during transit.
Overall, the new passenger dormitory exceeded my expectations and provided a comfortable break during my journey. I would definitely recommend it to fellow travelers.
