I specifically booked an appointment with Dr. Patel, but my experience was very disappointing. She left during my consultation to attend someone else and, after returning, spent barely five minutes assessing my skin before immediately promoting expensive treatments and packages.
The consultation felt more like a sales pitch than a medical appointment. There was little effort to understand my skincare routine, products, concerns, or lifestyle. Instead, I was repeatedly encouraged to sign up for treatment programs. To make matters worse, she took a phone call during the consultation and seemed dismissive when discussing my previous treatment history.
Considering the ₹3,000 consultation fee, I expected a thorough and professional assessment. Unfortunately, the entire experience felt rushed, impersonal, and focused on selling services rather than providing genuine skincare advice. I would not recommend this clinic.
I had taken a half day off from work for an appointment that was booked a day in advance and reconfirmed twice by the clinic staff.
However, when we arrived at the clinic at the scheduled time, the so-called doctor, Batul, refused to consult patients because of an argument with her own staff. The staff had apparently made a mistake, and instead of handling the situation professionally, the doctor openly scolded her staff in front of us. Shortly after, we were informed that the doctor would not be consulting anyone.
This was extremely unprofessional, unethical, and showed complete disregard for patients’ time, money, and effort. People plan their schedules and spend on consultations expecting basic professionalism and respect, not to be turned away at the door because of internal issues within the clinic.
After this experience, I will definitely be discontinuing all my peel and PRP sessions here.

I’ve been taking treatment at the Bombay Skin Clinic and my experience has been good so far. Nurse Amrapali and Therapist Mangal have both been professional and attentive throughout the sessions. They are skilled at their work and made me feel comfortable during the treatments. Overall, a positive experience.
I had a very good experience with this clinic. Within just a few months, I started seeing great results with my treatment, and I’m very happy with the progress.
The staff is extremely helpful, cooperative, and polite, which makes every visit comfortable. A special thanks to Mangala — she is very friendly and does her work very nicely and professionally. Her positive attitude and care really make a difference.

I had an amazing experience at Bombay Skin Clinic! It started with a thorough consultation with Dr. Priya, who carefully recommended the perfect treatment for my skin’s need and explained everything that will be done. The Ultraformer MPT treatment done by Dr Batul lifted and tightened my skin, while Dr. Priya’s micro-needling with exosomes left it smooth, glowing, and radiant. The staff were kind and attentive—special thanks to Arbita for a wonderfully relaxing facial and a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Batul for going above and beyond. Dr. Batul came from another clinic just to do my treatment, showing how much they truly value their clients. By far the best skincare experience I’ve ever had, I will definitely come back !
