We visited Tanishq Andheri West store on Akshaya Tritiya to buy a diamond ring for my wife, and despite the heavy crowd, our experience was excellent.

My journey with this store started 2.5 yrs ago on Akshay Tritiya and I am glad to say that I have found the best store and the best team for jewelry shopping. Mrs. Neetu Singh, who is the store manager is a gem of a person. She has answers to all my questions and has a lot of patience to deal with the clientele while there is a lot of pressure from every corner. Moreover, she has become like a family member for us. Be it replacing old designs with new designs or trying to find the right time to buy or sell jewelry, she always provides with the best suggestions. My very first experience was delightful when she helped me find the exact ring design I had in my mind. The design of the ring was applauded by my colleagues in the U.S. who were also persuaded to buy gold from this store.

Coming to her team members, Ms. Tanuja is a cheerful person who always greets us with smile and ensures to give ample time to us showing different designs in different categories. She also keeps us informed about new deals in the store through messages and checks in via calls. It is because of Tanuja’s efforts and hospitable nature that we get convinced to buy something on Diwali from last 2 yrs and I am sure the same will happen this year too. I met both Tanuja and Neetu through my maasi. They love my maasi and it was heart-touching to see that they remembered my Maasi’s birthday recently and surprised her with a delicious cake when we visited the store 2 weeks ago. The other good thing is that the team is understanding of our budget and doesn’t forces us to go overboard.

Recently, we went to get some melting done and Mr. Jayant completed the whole melting project patiently. The process was transparent and it was made sure that we were aware of all the necessary details. Mr. Sudhanshu was also helpful in the whole process and clarified our doubts about weight and next steps.

Lastly, I would like to applaud Mr. Shivam Pandey who took his time to bring out the best bracelet designs for me and other jewelry designs for my maasi. He is a joyful and fun person to talk to and is skillful with keeping the client’s attention intact to his sales pitch and getting the deal closed. My maasi had a major spine surgery 3 months ago and the team is always careful and considerate that my aunt should be comfortable with her movements. They make sure she doesn’t move much yet she can enjoy the thrill of jewelry shopping by bringing all the designs in any category at one table. Mrs. Neetu always sends us home with wonderful gifts as a token of love and our bond keeps growing infinitely.
