We recently visited Tanatan at Shivaji Park, Dadar. What a nice dining experience. The place looks beautiful with big paintings, hanging bells, and a fancy bar. They also have an outdoor seating area which is air conditioned, Big screens are available for IPL screening and seriously they have special IPL cocktails.
Service was quick & staff was very polite and helpful
For drinks, we tried the IPL special RCB cocktail & Mango Mastani mocktails ,perfect way to start.
In starters, we had Chakori Murg Kabab & Zaffrani Tangdi. One word delicious 🤤
For mains, we had Paneer Butter Masala & Lucknow Biryani which was rich and tasty.
My favourite part was the dessert Jalebii.. yumm. It was different, not too sweet, and a perfect way to end the meal.
Overall enjoyed the food, vibe and service. Nice place for dinner if you around Dadar and location is just bang on
I recently visited this place with my friend on a Tuesday evening and the Vibes were so beautiful and so intimate that made me feel warmly welcomed. the live music going on over here literally lifted my mood and made the evening even better.
I tried a few dishes over here l
1. mango colada cocktail - absolutely love the combination of mango pineapple and coconut with white rum, it was literally like summer in a glass
2. zombie cocktail - this had a nice kick, was quite strong and I liked it.
3. dal pakwan batasha with pani puri vodka- this was a nice fusion on the Mumbai street food pani puri. the vodka pani puri flavour was top notch and had a nice kick
4. samosa khow suey- very nicely created fusion dish which had samosa and khow suey. liked it.
5. pahadganj wala paneer- the gravy was rich with coriander and scallions something which I had never had before but really liked, the earthy taste was really good. paired it with cheese garlic naan.
6. chocolate gateaux- a light mousse pastry to end the perfect meal.
Superb place if you love live acoustic music with some North Indian delicacies.
🧆FOOD: They have good options in north indian food with a modern touch. I tried Chukandar Mozzarella Seekh Kebab which was very delicious and cheesy with beetroot combination. Then the Panner Rollatini was also superb for vegetarian lovers. In Mains, you can definitely go with Mangal Pandey Ki Pasand which easily serves 2 ppl with Pindi Chole and Aloo Kulch. Also the IPL menu of the drinks is super cool.
🎭 AMBIENCE: I personally love this place beacuse of the live music all days of the week. The have indoor as well as outdoor seating available with IPL screening.

I was craving authentic North Indian food and ended up here — and I’m so glad I did! We tried the stuffed cheese mushroom, and it was absolutely delicious. From the starters to the main course, everything was perfectly prepared and full of flavour. We ended our meal with the matka rabri gulab jamun, which was simply amazing. Do try their cocktails as well — they’re definitely worth it!
