The concept is great...working amidst the nature gives mind a great relaxation while working out. Trainers are good and very professional...they guide u throughout... Basically the gym provides as per they say rather a one step up. Highly recommend people to go to this gym

Especially the trainer Mr. CHETAN , very professional, knows his job.
Just tell him the target whether weight loss or muscle build up, rest leave on him .
