Worst experience the guy here at the reception is not educated and is rude. I request the management to look into this as my dad he is in government Defence and the behaviour of your illiterate employees doesn’t suit the charitable work your trust is been doing .
If this is a charitable trust and you are doing this for good work in the society you should know how your staffs are.

Great experience and behaviour of staff is also good they provide certificate as well 👍
When you donate blood you get a certificate of donation, any time you need blood you can show the donation.
I donated Platelets, its a one and half hour painful procedure. These people are telling you dont get a certificate for donation. Isnt that fishy ?
