Unprofessional and big liars. We went there for exchange and needed a credit note but they denied us and told us that the servers are down for credit note and the credit note system is shut from few months.I cross checked it at other stores and seems that we can get a credit note. Also the store workers are rude.

Steve Madden may not have a very large store but the store layout makes it look open and inviting. Most importantly they are an embodiment of how you don't need tons of merchandise but need really good pieces which are sureshot sellers. Something like a trendsetter. The fits are good and the real deal is the comfort inside the shoe. For people who are on their feet all the time or wear shoes for long duration, this brand really is a must have. Most importantly they have sizes even in .5 which means you get the right fit in the footwear of your choice. The leather is soft and fits are snug. Not many people know comfortable footwear is the key to overall wellbeing and Steve Madden is the key to it. The service levels are also good as staff guides you properly and makes an effort to ensure you get what you have in mind. Despite a sale and rush, was greeted and dealt with my a cheerful salesperson called Talak. BTW the meaning of the name is a tree in heaven.
