I strongly advise against using their services. They claimed they would remove a bed bug infestation from my mattress and charged me a large amount. Just two hours after they finished, I found plenty of bed bugs still there. They provided a three-month warranty but are now ignoring all my calls.
Had a pathetic experience. I had hired them to dry clean annd press automated curtains and blinds. However , Mr. Rudra collected the full payment but failed to complete the work committed. He was talking very sweetly delaying the work due to health reasons etc. which I cooperated with. However after few days he stopped taking the calls. He did a very shabby job and spoiled curtains for one of the rooms. He did not steam press the curtains despite multiple reminders. Horrible person and horrible company to work with. I read the reviews online and gave them the job but the reviews seem to be fake because Mr. Rudra is a very unprofessional person who doesn’t complete the committed work.
My experience was fabulous, My car was looking totally clean and Curtains was removed and installed by them any body looking for professional in Dry cleaning. I'll recommend them.
