We recently visited Shrusti Farms in Vasind, and overall it was a refreshing experience. The place is truly beautiful, peaceful, and filled with positive energy—perfect for a relaxing day away from the city.
The highlight of our visit was definitely the food. The breakfast, lunch, and hi-tea were all delicious, with a lovely homemade taste that made everything feel warm and authentic.
However, there were a few areas that need improvement. The toilets and changing rooms were quite unhygienic, which was disappointing. The swimming pool also needs better maintenance—the water was not clean, the floor was slippery, and it even caused itching.
With better hygiene and maintenance, this place has the potential to offer an even more amazing experience.
Absolutely disappointing experience at Shrushti Farms. We paid around ₹35,000 for our stay, but the service quality was worse than some budget lodges.
1. Extra Guests & Beds:
We were charged ₹2200 per extra person, yet at night they refused to provide proper beds. For 5 extra people, they said they would only give 3 beds. When we questioned this, the staff member behaved very rudely, ignored us, kept looking at his phone, and showed zero professionalism or concern.
2. No Blankets:
Even after repeatedly requesting blankets, they did not provide them. We spent the whole night shivering in the cold while the staff simply did not care.
3. Poor Staff Behaviour:
The attitude of the management and staff was extremely arrogant and uncooperative. Instead of helping guests, they behaved as if they were doing us a favor.
4. Swimming Pool Condition:
The swimming pool was filthy. The water looked completely cloudy and milky white. Dirt and algae had settled at the bottom, clearly showing that the pool had not been cleaned properly in a very long time. It honestly felt unsafe to even enter the water.
5. Pool Timing:
Pool closes at 6 PM, which makes no sense because evening is the best time to enjoy swimming. Very poor planning.
6. Food Management:
Breakfast timing was supposed to be 8 AM, but they started serving at 9 AM. Same issue happened with lunch and dinner. There were very few serving counters and too many people, forcing guests to stand in long queues for everything.
7. Too Many Restrictions:
The place has unnecessary rules everywhere. It felt less like a relaxing resort and more like a strict boarding school.
Overall, the experience was stressful instead of enjoyable. Completely overpriced, poorly managed, unhygienic, and highly unprofessional. Definitely not worth the money. I would strongly suggest people avoid this place if they want a peaceful vacation.
Whatever offer they published for the 24th May 2026, was not available when we called. They don't have enough arrangement to provide buffet food. There is only one counter for food and there is no refill counter and they were not allowing us to take enough food so that we don't have to stand in the long queue again.
Also, In the name of amenities only swimming pool and rides were fully functional. The mini golf, archery and box cricket were closed.
The quality and quantity of food served is not worth the amount we paid after travelling 70km from Mumbai.
In the smiliar price range I had visited other resorts with good food in Vrajeshwari near mumbai.
I visited Srushti Farms in Shahapur on February 14th with high expectations for a romantic Valentine's getaway, but was deeply disappointed by the poor arrangements and maintenance.
Room Issues
Rooms were extremely dirty with a bad odor and far too small for comfort. Loose tiles in our room injured our kid, yet staff did nothing when informed. The geyser barely worked, hot water trickled slowly, intercom was dead, and there was no kettle—facilities ignored repeated complaints. Our colleague's AC failed due to ice buildup; their "wait 30 minutes" fix never worked. No mobile network or WiFi made staying connected impossible.
Food and Pool
Food was average but lacked variety; stray dogs and cats roamed the garden dining area, ready to snatch plates. The huge pool was unclean with excessive chlorine ruining the swim, rusty slide stairs, and poorly maintained slides.
Positives
Valentine's setup shone with garden decor, candlelight dinner, and enjoyable live singing. Room service was decent for extras like water and bedsheets, though hot water requests were denied—they directed us to the food area.
Overall, I strongly do not recommend Srushti Farms for anyone seeking relaxation or a quality stay. Picture uploaded on social media are quite old & misleading. Avoid unless you expect basic at best.
Great spot for a group looking to unplug from the city. The riverside view actually delivers and makes the place feel calm instead of crowded. The swimming pool is huge, and the rain dance setup hits the mark with solid music. The poolside areas are clean and easy to hang around without feeling cramped. Food stays consistently good from check-in to checkout, which is rare for properties like this. Evening live music followed by the DJ adds real value instead of feeling like a forced add-on.
