I moved from Guwahati to Mumbai (Andheri), and they provided me with excellent service. The packing was extremely professional, and I had no problems at all. They were on time and courteous, and their staff was very helpful. I haven't touched anything, not even my clothes or kitchen utensils, which they packed themselves.

Worst packers and movers ever. I am a central govt doctor and Icontacted them for shifting from mumbai to kerala when I got transfer. They will talk to you very sweetly with all their photos of packing and everything and talk to you very convincingly. They will come for packing and loading will do everything and will force you to pay insurance amount so that if something happens to your things you will get 80% amount back. But after payment then everything comes to an end. They won't take your call, they won't give you any updates or tracking I'd or anything! They will take a huge amount from you telling that our things will be safe but then they will hire some other cheaper people for transporting and when I got my things they were refusing for unloading and unpacking. After making a lot of issues finally they hired someone else for unloading and hired some others for unpacking and after unpacking it was shocking to see that my things were damaged. My fridge, washing machine, diwan cot everything damaged. ( Photos attached). And when we ask them they will tell you i will give your 1200 back ( insurance amount) and will tell you that you might have given us in that condition only! And will give us dhamki to go and do whatever you want. Yes Im going to file a case in consumer court! I won't recommend this to anyone else. Please don't fall into their trap.
