Our stay at Silver Oak Resort was overall good, but I wouldn’t call it excellent because there are several areas that need improvement.
We had booked a cottage, but the room size was too small, especially after adding one extra bed. It became very difficult to adjust comfortably. Also, the check-in time of 1 PM felt quite late.
The biggest disappointment was the food at the in-house restaurant. The complimentary breakfast was below average — the sambhar served was burned, idlis were not soft, and the other breakfast options were also not very impressive. Even for lunch and dinner, the food quantity was too less compared to the high prices charged.
Another issue was the lack of a ceiling fan. Only a wall fan was provided, which took a long time to cool the room. Bathroom cleanliness was also not up to the mark, and there was no table or proper space in the bathroom, making it difficult to manage things while staying with kids.
Even basic items like a normal 1-litre water bottle were overpriced. So, if you are planning to stay here, it’s better to keep these points in mind.
Overall, the resort is decent for a short stay, but definitely needs improvement in room comfort, cleanliness, and food quality.
Just back from a peaceful staycation at this gem near Mumbai!
This resort was a breath of fresh air, literally! Looming trees within the property made it feel like a mini forest getaway - super peaceful and refreshing. We stayed in one of their cottages, which were super cozy and had everything we needed. The decor was nice, beds were comfy, and had attached balcony for enjoying your coffee!
They have an in-house restaurant, which was decent. The menu wasn't that huge but their Indian food was good especially their local non-veg picks. The breakfast was a little disappointing as it had a limited spread and very basic menu. But the staff were super attentive, they arranged stuff for my nephew even when it was not in their buffet and Rimi was really helpful when we went their for dinner.
The resort's location is perfect for a quick escape from the city chaos. But keep in mind their is not much to do around, the property is closer to the beach but the beach is not worth visiting, so you better go their to chill with family or friends. They have few games that you can enjoy too

Visited Silver Oak Restaurant recently and had a really pleasant experience. The place has a warm and comfortable ambience, making it perfect for a relaxed meal with family or friends. The staff were polite, attentive, and ensured that the service was quick and smooth. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well presented. The menu has a good variety of options, and the portions are satisfying for the price. Overall, it offers good value for money with a nice dining atmosphere.
Quiet location surrounded by greenery. The rooms are old and the hygiene could be better. We had booked an executive room but it wasn't cleaned well. Swimming pool was good but quite shallow. The garden is quite spacious and good for walking, playing badminton, etc. Food is decent. Overall good for a weekend outing.
I had an excellent experience at this Resort! The luxurious ambience was a treat to be in. The staff is extremely polite, responding instantly to queries. The service were shared promptly, making it super convenient. The Manager Mr. Moris and his team are experts in their field, and the overall hygiene was top-notch. Mr. Vinod, Mr. Vikas and others had give their 100% to make our family wedding function very well and took care of our guests, and I felt happier with the service.
