I recently had an experience at Siddhanchal Hospital when my mother was admitted there for Kidney stone surgery, and I truly want to express my gratitude.
The surgery was performed by Dr. Tarun Jain, and we felt completely confident in his care. He was calm, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease our worries.
What stood out just as much was the hospital staff. From the nurses to the support team, everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire process. They made sure my mother was comfortable and looked after at every step.
Overall, it was a very reassuring experience during a stressful time. I’m genuinely thankful to the entire team for their care and dedication. Highly recommended.
I recently visited Siddhantchal Hospital and had a good experience. The doctors were professional, attentive, and explained the treatment clearly. Very disappointing experience at Siddhanchal Hospital, Lalbaug. For my grandmother angiography.We were initially given an estimate of ₹25,000 for angiography, but the actual process and billing were unclear and poorly explained. The bill simply mentioned “cardiology,Angiography package– ₹25,000” with no proper cost breakdown.
When we asked for a detailed bifurcation, the billing staff couldn’t answer basic questions and kept us waiting for about 45–50 minutes. Even after the wait, the breakdown provided was not satisfactory and no one came forward to properly explain the charges.
Patients and families are already under stress during medical procedures — the least a hospital can do is maintain transparency and clear communication in billing. Unfortunately, this experience felt more focused on collecting money than on patient support. Very frustrating and disappointing overall.
Sidhanchal Hospitals is very good and affordable, and it's located in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The doctors are also very good. Even doctors from Reliance Hospital come here. I'm getting my brother-in-law treated at this hospital.
