This place is very nice to stay.. family..very secure behind shantinath basadi .. people responded me very well..I got ac room for two days. Room was very neet clean broad...Per day charges was very less only rs 1200..this place is very near to all tourist places.outside you will get everything.accessible to all markets....I felt very proud being Jain..bhajans were going on.. devotee's were visiting temple...in mumbai I felt like in my hometown Belagavi..
This morning i went to shree shantinath jain temple kabutharkhana. I was clad in typical veshti of south india. I was stopped at the gate by the sentry who said my dress is inappropriate! I was not allowed inside .I tried to reason with him that what i am wearing is not lungi but traditional veshti worn all over especially south india. My arguments were no avail with him saying it is not decent!He got a manager to his aid who also repeated lungi not allowed. Not wanting to create scene i left. But will Trustee of temple point out to both manager and security that veshti/ mundu is a very traditional indian dress and different from lungi and god will approve. And God does not discriminate against those wearing veshti. And ironically i pointed several devotees entering in jeans.

Outside food is not allowed.
Taking pictures was prohibited.
A good stay is available.
Timings are strict.
Singles will be provided with lockers only which are big enough to keep your belongings.
Families are allowed to take AC rooms. Clean toilets and bathrooms.

Just walking distance from Dadar Railway Station. Very close to Siddhivinayak Mandir.
Dharamshala rooms are available - A.C and Non A.C both. A.C room charges are 1200/- per night. Bhojanshala not available.

One of the worst rooms you can’t call as room trustees are only for name sake, once trustees should come and sleep in room they will come to know, trustee sab sif trustee banne ka koi matlab nahi dhyan do room me jakar dekho. Galti se koi Dadar Jain Dharamshala me nahi aaye 8-3-24
