I stayed at Patidar Samaj for one day, and my experience was good. The accommodation is clean and comfortable for a short stay. They provide both AC and Non-AC rooms, but availability is based on priority and room availability. There is no advance booking option, so rooms are allotted on the spot if space is available.
One of the biggest advantages is its convenient location near Mumbai railway station, making it a good choice for travelers looking for easy access to transportation. Overall, a pleasant and affordable place to stay.
Easy to commute from central railway station and they provide good service as well
We stayed at the Patel Samaj for one night. The next day, we had some work to attend to, so we asked whether we could keep our luggage there for some time. They informed us that it would be allowed, but there would be a small charge for storing the luggage. Since we were in a hurry, we agreed, and they charged us ₹200 for luggage storage.
In the evening, when we returned to collect our luggage, we asked if we could use the washroom to freshen up, but they refused to allow us to use it. After that, we asked for a receipt for the ₹200 we had paid for storing the luggage. They said that no receipt could be provided because no tax is applicable on it.
There were two people from the management present: Pravinbhai and Mansukhbhai. However, it is unclear what happened to the ₹200 that was collected.
This is worst patel samaj seva, they charge base on kadva patel and leva patel, also suddenly do checkout even pay deposit and full rent in advance.
They have always one empty room for family and if you take that room they evacuate room and you lost your rent as well.
So if you come to VFS for visa appointment please don't say here instead if you need to pay 1000 more please stay in hotel or other patel samaj seva like borivali.
