First of all I do not give my reviews on my single experience, this is my second experience.I am the Chairman for my society at Dombivli, first time I had called them in the month of May'24. I had problems with my borewell, their technicians attended the complaint on the very same day, they removed the borewell and took it to their workshop and the next day after repairs they fitted the borewell, however I was not satisfied as the current flow was not upto the mark, they had charged us Rs5800 that included motor removal/ installation, bush repair and adaptor. They had to again remove, repair and install the motor for which they did not charge us anything.
2nd time on 23rd Oct'24 the panel of the borewell was showing SC (short circuit) we raised a complaint and on the the same day the complaint was attended, panel box was removed, repaired and fitted the next very day, this time they charged us Rs1050
I must say I am happy with their effecient service, reasonable charges and cooperative staff.
The owner of the company is very polite and supportive. They have vast experience in Borewell and Pump segment. I met Mrudul Nambiar and he has guided well about the capacity of pump requirements. Service is very quick and extremely professional staff. They have installed the pump and ensured that my society will get water same day. Thanks Mrudul ji for honouring your promise. I will definitely recommend people to Shreyas Borewell and Pumps. You buy or not it's your choice but you will get proper guidance related to borewell and pumps.
Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone, and the pump arrived quicker that they said it would, this is very good service.
Technical team is superior for site service as well as selection of proper pump as per our application / use.
