The least interested jain persons probably I have ever seen are the management team of this bhavan. I reached bhavan in morning at 5:15 AM with my two sisters of which one was having varshitap then also they didn't allow us inside saying no one is allowed inside before 5:30 AM. They neither allowed us to keep luggage inside before 5:30. One of my sister was not having hard copy of id proof so they asked me to get the printout from any where outside before check out or else they won't give me back my room refund. What kind of ridiculous management is this I just don't understand.
This place is really Nice for patients to stay. Room are very good.food is satvik and management is also nice

Shree Kshetrapal Jain Atithi bhavan is really nice place for stay.
We stayed here for approx 1month Becoz of my mother's treatment.
Rooms are so comfortable , space is very clean.
Food is too good and satvik.
Staff behaviour is good .
Although booking for rooms is not online ,need to visit here in-person.
I don't have option of zero star otherwise I would have opted that. This place is to offer comfort for people coming from outside but the fact is the receptionist/manager is very arrogant and rude and do not have basic manners to speak to anyone. He mistreated my father who is 65 years old. We took a room just for the day as we had a train in the evening and my father waited downstairs but he didn't even let him wait in the lobby for 5-10 mins. Is this the rule that in the name of management you get to speak to anyone the way you want? If he can't do his job properly then why management is not removing him?
We do not stay for free here so we deserve to be treated respectfully with basic etiquette.
As I can see there are many reviews with similar experience so I hope management will notice and so something about it.
This atithi bhavan is exclusively for jains alone. Here the rules r followed strictly. No outsiders r allowed except those who are staying here. B4 11pm u should come back to ur room. The room charges r very low like 990/- per day for AC room. And the worst part is check out time is 8am.
