This is a reliable and trustworthy shop providing a lot of things under one roof. I wanted a inner sling which they provided me after a lot of hassles which i dint get elsewhere.. though this was a Universal size product.. this didnt fit me .. and i called them highlighting the issue .. they immediately agreed for resolution .. and provided me full moneyback... shops such as these need to be appreciated as this is bang opposite Sion Hospital where so many people must be coming everyday and this attitude of theirs is highly highly appreciated
Considering the fact that it is a MEDICAl store, this type of behaviour is simply not acceptable.
I only requested them to return a ₹650/- item which he refused. And it was just a walking stick.
The gujrati man working there told me "hajam ki dukan nahi hai ye".
That moment I gave up on them.
I kept that stick there for free, so that it could be useful for someone else in need.
Money will never earn you respect. Humanity will.
Whoever the owner is, please teach you sick staff to behave like a human being.
