Vishwanath Uncle did a great job of making me understand about the shoes I was purchasing. Kudos to him for his unwavering support. Thankyou 🙂
Have been a customer of Shinde shoes from 7-8 years.. Superb assistance from Mr. Anil who helped me choose the right shoes for me subject to me heel pain.. really happy with the service

Now here is my review for an incident which happened with my wife and 5 year old toddler who were waiting on footpath to be picked up from day care the owner of the shoes store drove his vehicle with an intention to hurt on the road leading to stones scattered on the road near footpath to fly and hit my 5 year old thankfully my spouse was right there and questioned him to which he answered back arrogantly of not seeing the stones and quickly moved inside without an apology and sent his female staff and other staff to intimidate and upon summarizing that my wife is a maharastrian to apologise for the intentional accident which has happened. When you lack empathy for a 5 year old dont know what would be the empathy towards customers and consumers.
Adding in more to your reply....as mentioned you came in to apologise and not your so called OWNER the person driving the car why would that happen what did the OWNER fear... did the low sales drive his erratic driving behaviour where not one stone but more than a few that your colleagues quickly came and brushed off after the incident which had also landed on your store glass windows.
Have to say that old guy today I met while I was window shopping showed the audacity to say "kaise kaise customer aa jate hain". It was my mom's suggestion as she has been a customer here before. To say politely I'll be back next time he had the audacity to say that. As a customer I can practice my right to either buy from you or not. If you want respect for age you do not get to talk right behind the back of your potential customer. I don't think I'll ever buy again there are slightly expensive but better brands. Business sells on relationships and word so the product is secondary in that sense.
Lost a customer and a potential one. I wouldn't recommend this shop.
