Nice shop where students get there books, pen, pencil etc things. Old books also students can sell. Other reading books also available at matunga, mumbai.
All kinds of books and school books available across all boards. If books are not available currently they order it in 2/ 3 days. Even higher level college books available. They buy and sell second hand good condition books also. Have been purchasing since 2 years now. They even replace the books if there is any problem after purchase 👍🏻
Shanti Book depot was one stop destination for my education book requirements. The owner was kind enough to assist me and the books were reasonably prices.
I had a very disappointing experience at Shanti Book Store. When I went to buy books, they offered used books, claiming they were “unused,” and sold them at a discounted price. Later, when I took my daughter’s old books to sell, they offered me only ₹100. After that, I noticed the same books were being sold to other parents at a much higher price (around half of the MRP).
This feels unfair and misleading. I request that other parents be careful while buying or selling books here. The old man who handles it is a very cheap beggar. When I said that I am taking my old books back then he took out some books giving them back to me and says this is no longer in use school has stopped this edition and u feel that it is not in use. This is all about a scam. Parents be alert.
I would suggest never buy books from this selfish and rude behaviour people. The behaviour of shop people is rude
