Poor Service, unnecessary attitude, don't take any responsibility when customer came ask to solve the problem regarding their online store. They should be polite and not have to show unnecessary attitude to the customer. And should make improvement in their services.👍

Very cheap quality product.
This is a honest review and it’s not written after having any heated discussions with the store.
I recommend that if you’re buying pay a little extra and buy from reputable stores.
Their products are very old and are eating dust on the racks.
I purchased a squeaky toy today which stopped working as soon as I removed it from the packaging, even before my dog could sniff it.
They don’t take any responsibility of the product once you step out of the store.
Hence I recommend buyers to invest in a more reputable and reliable chains like Heads up for tails.
Great service! Genuine products, timely delivery, and good discounts.
However, one thing I didn’t like is the delivery charge, even for orders of ₹1000 and above. It feels like half the discount gets offset by the delivery fee. They should at least offer free delivery for orders above ₹500.
