my shipment pick up in 27 December and arrive the delivery facility Pune 31 December the shipment not deliver 11 jan tak services very bad
No accountability... They don't even have funds filled in wallet leading to delivery issue. Thought might be first mistake and gave another chance. Apparently worst mistake. They have no ethics. No answers when contacted. No one to pick calls and give any update. Led to customer doubting my business because of their lack of basic business sense and lack of accountability.
Absolutely the worst experience ever! Do not trust this company with any kind of logic or service-related work. Their service is pathetic, the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, and they have zero sense of responsibility. Once they get your money, they completely stop responding. Save yourself the frustration - stay far away from this company!”
Unprofessional service. It's been 20 days and our parcel has not been delivered. They say they tried delivering 3 times and not once did we ever received a call. Now they have stopped responding to our calls. Goods worth ₹11000. Unsure what to do.
I shifted my household items through this service and I received DAMAGED Computer CPU , broken Monitor, broken Hanumanji idol and Refrigerator’s legs are missing.
No updates and No Tracking system is available. Strongly NOT RECOMMEND.
