Dr Khot is absolute fantastic doctor. He won't tell you any falls details and he will not scare you about your injury. He will make you comfortable understand and listen what your concern and accordingly he will start working on the route cause.
About hospital they should work on the infrastructure not well maintained. Felt dirty
The hospital staff and doctors were very helpful and supporting, sister shruti and support staff kavita mam and sheila mam was very helpful. Tanuja was also very helpful. Dr Ankita Mathur, Hats off to you and Dr Nida, you have explained everything very well. It was a very good experience. And most importantly my wife had a normal delivery because of all these people and the hospital

The hospital is very good. The staff here are also very nice. The room cleanliness and service are excellent. There is just one suggestion—the food quality was not very good, so it should be improved a bit.

Overall, a very good experience from the time we stepped in till we got the discharge. The Doctor at the OPD was very professional. He listened and understood the problems and noted down everything. The Doctor under whose care the patient was, is a world class doctor and is excellent at his work. Patient recovered quickly. The resident doctors were always available at their counters and ensured the patient was taken care of. The nurses would be there at the press of the bell. They always had a smile on their face and were ready to go to any length to ensure that the patient was comfortable at all times. The wordings written in the common area 'Nurses are the Heart of healthcare' suits them to the 'T'. The support staff was also very good. The Insurance person took care of the Mediclaim and ensured that the approval was given in the shortest possible time. Will definitely recommend SBS Hospital to my near and dear ones.
