On multiple occasions I have been disappointed by these tailors but this last time is where I draw the line. I have bought an expensive pair of jeans abroad with hopes that I could get them hemmed to the desired length. A task that is basic at any dry cleaner in the USA. However, the challenge proved too great for The Satkar team. After being measured and showing them the desired length they proceeded on hemming my jeans almost an inch above the mark. It was not even in the same universe of the desired outcomes.

I reminded them of what we agreed and was gaslighted. They wanted to blame my body type instead of their poor measurements or craftsmanship. I was reassured that a fix could be made even with the material gone.

Fwd 2 days and a hem was added but not length. Fwd another 3 days and they send me same jeans with zero change.

This is after I had a suit made by them and the sleeves were 1 inch length apart from each other. I was told my body is uneven. Regardless if that is true they measured and should compensate since it’s a tailored suit.

Ultimately stay away unless you want a botched job with a side of body image insecurity. Never ever can they trusted.

They fixed the suit but my expensive jeans are toast. They have since ghosted me and refuse to correct or compensate their one star work. Do not waste your money on their service.

After speaking to them repeatedly for compensation, they have the audacity to blame me. If Jitendra Sharma is the one sent to take measurements you will be sure to have similar experience. Look at the picture.

They finally agreed to fix the pants made them a bit longer. The hem is a bit larger than I would like but at least the pants can be worn. If they were not able to fix them they offered alternative items for equal value. Not exactly what I would want but at least they were commercial about it.

I would recommend using them again but would be very specific with what I wanted and have them measure and pin the items of clothing needed to be hemmed.
