Pathetic customer service. For returns, they call next day for refund despite penalising 600 Rs. towards service charge. Management and staff is also rude. They don't have courtesy to understand that relatives are already in trauma because of patient. Specially staff Ms. Sandhya is very harsh and abrupt. I will definitely not recommend this unless it is the last option because we need the blood at the end. Also, this is a scam and black marketing, 1 blood unit is for Rs.1900 but they take donation of Rs. 600 for Ravi Hospital for which a separate receipt is issued and non refundable.

Worst blood bank. Never donate blood in sarla blood bank even donating in any camp make sure they don't belong to sarla blood bank. They only do business. The sell your blood to your relatives. Even they don't consider donation card at the time of selling of blood. Even they don't give preference to doctors.
Superb experience! I had gone to Sarla blood bank to donate blood. The place is neat and clean. It took about 10 - 15 mins for the blood donation. The nurses and doctors are polite and humble in their approach. Refreshments are served after the blood donation and they ensure you are fit to leave the premises. They also gave me a certificate and a card for the donation. So if anybody requires blood in my family, i can approach them.
