I would like to bring to your attention that I had made a payment ₹25000 to Mr. Amol for Teaching of share market classes at your institute. After attending the classes for a few days, I informed him that I did not wish to continue with the course due to personal dissatisfaction with the teaching methodology.
Subsequently, I was informed that he left the institute and joined a corporate organization. Since then, I have repeatedly requested a refund and have even agreed to reasonable deductions. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I have neither received a response nor any refund, and my calls have gone unanswered.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and process the refund at the earliest. I expect a prompt and professional resolution to this issue.
