A year ago I underwent an ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography) followed by a Cholecystectomy (Gallbladder Removal) surgery at Saifee Hospital, Charni Road, Mumbai, during which 16 stones of 3mm each were successfully removed along with my gallbladder, under the expert care of Dr. Ejaj Thakur and his outstanding team. From admission to discharge, every aspect of my treatment was handled with exceptional professionalism, skill, and compassion. The ambience at Saifee Hospital is truly unmatched, creating a comforting and reassuring environment that feels unlike any other hospital in town. I was graciously upgraded to a suite, and the level of care and attention I received throughout my stay was simply remarkable. The nursing staff, support teams, and management deserve special appreciation for their promptness, kindness, and dedication to patient comfort. My entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and far exceeded my expectations. A sincere Thank You to everyone involved. I couldn't have asked for better care.

I would also like to sincerely appreciate the Diagnostic Services Department and the entire staff team. The department was very well organized, hygienic, and efficiently managed. Every staff member was polite, supportive, respectful, and always ready to help. Their prompt service and caring attitude created a very positive and stress-free experience for patients and their families.
The overall environment of the hospital was highly professional, clean, and patient-friendly. It is truly commendable to see such dedication, teamwork, and compassionate care under one roof.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience we had at Saifee Hospital.
The ICU staff was highly non-cooperative. The nurses appeared least concerned about the patient’s condition and seemed focused only on completing assigned tasks and documentation rather than providing compassionate care. There was a clear lack of attentiveness.
Even after discharge, we were informed that we could call the hospital for recommendations or guidance in case of emergencies. However, when we reached out, no one was supportive or willing to assist.
Given the seriousness of my father’s health condition, this experience was deeply distressing for our family. We expected professionalism, communication, and patient-centered care, but unfortunately, that was not our experience.
Truly one of the most disappointing healthcare experiences we have faced.

My overall experience at the hospital was very good. The doctors are experienced and explain the patient’s condition in detail. The nursing staff is available 24/7 and deals with patients very politely. The wards are clean and hygienic. Treatment was given on time and the management was also very supportive. Highly recommended.”
Saifee is an amazing Hospital.
-The doctors, nurse and the housekeeping staff all are helpful and co-operative.
-The food is also good for the patient as well as the attendee.
-The billing process is smooth no hassle whatsoever.
-TPA desk is proactive and responsive.
-They have a very good provision for relatives/attendees of patient who are staying overnight. There are dedicated bunker beds separate for male and female.
-We had selected twin sharing room and the facilities provided was excellent.
-Only cons would be the waiting area near the reception is small and gets too crowded. Further Waiting for the lift is another nightmare.
Overall, the experience here was good and we did not face much problem. Infact thanks to the nurses and housekeeping staff who are genuinely good.
