I placed a material order with full advance payment, expecting timely delivery as committed. However, the material was not delivered within the promised timeline.
Post-payment, the responsiveness of the sales team significantly declined. On following up for updates, instead of receiving clear communication, the responses were unprofessional and dismissive, often suggesting that too many questions were being asked.
There has been a noticeable lack of accountability and proper customer support after receiving the advance payment. Such an approach towards customers is highly disappointing and does not reflect professional business standards.
I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication and service quality going forward.
I had a very good experience with Safe Pro Fire Services Pvt. Ltd. The product quality is excellent and truly reliable. Special thanks to theire employee Farheen khan, who is very cooperative and professional in her support. I even placed my order without visiting the company, and Safe Pro still ensured on-time delivery. I am highly satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Safe Pro for their quality products and customer-friendly approach.

Very bad experience in dealing first time with the company. Never ever informed about delivery options. Paid 100% advance, materials despatched much late than time committed. Product was to be collected from the logistics godown but never informed. Expected door delivery. Very poor communication and rude behaviour of senior staffs.
Please deal with own risk.

First aid kit with expired items only supplied 50% items expired 4 to 5 months even some are 1 year but no inspection also done before dispatching also
Should not give 1 also but without giving that we can share the post
