Very good staff , cooperative , hardworking , polite , humble
Terrible experience. There is this rude technitian called Pragati who doesn't even have basic manners to talk to patients and blood donors. She behaves as if she's doing a favour on us by working there. From the moment i came there ger reaction was why did i come there to increase her work load. Her language and everything appeared to me as if she comes from slums.
I completed the entire blood donation procedure in less than an hour.
Staff was
1. Available on time
2. Professional and experienced
3. Cleared all doubts/enquiries in a courtesy manner.

Today at 13/042021, I have donated plasma for the treatment of covid patient and it really felt good that I have contributed to the society. But what lack is the enthusiasm of the staff there. I am not saying that all are the same but few. I have to wait 5 hrs to get the donation happen.
My Mother was admitted in MGM Vashi,she had to transfuse platelets immediately , Sadguru Blood bank did it very fast and promptly.
I have no words to thank Sadguru Charitable Bloodbank..
