I recently stayed at Rutuparna Farm, near Paud.with my Family.. From the moment I arrived, I was completely enchanted. The location is just perfect—nestled in serene nature, it offers a peaceful escape. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with beautifully designed spaces that blend modern comfort with rustic charm. The service was impeccable—every staff member was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond. The food was another highlight—each dish was delicious, made with fresh, local ingredients, and bursting with flavor. I can’t recommend Rutuparna Farm enough—it’s a hidden gem that I can’t wait to revisit!

I had recently visited this place with family. Honestly the place is heavenly because of its ambience and view. The cottages are also preety good. The place is not hard to locate. So we were welcomed by Tikone Manik kaka who is the Care taker there. Extra stars for his humble nature and homely hospitality. Cherry on the top was the food which was also fantastic. If you are a meat lover you are going to have the softest mutton ever obviously because of the area and vegetation the quality of the goat is elite. So over all it was definitely a very great experience and worth visiting back again. You might face network issue but that's exactly what is required in nature. Peace.😇😇
I have been here 4 times and every time we visited the experience has been great. The owner, Swati Tai, is also helpful. For a few little things I had to contact reception like sometimes the side tables needed dusting or the AC main switch needed to be turned on from outside...just a few of such things.
We love the food every time we're here, you can request the chef to use less salt and less spicy (since we all have this preference, we could request).
At the price offered, I think this is a good deal. There's attention to little decorative items throughout the campus, which particularly ladies appreciate. I could also request decoration of the room, which was well accommodated.

Me, my wife and daughter recently planned to stay at Rutuparna resort and it was an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel’s poor condition was evident.
The water in the bathroom was muddy, making it unusable. To make matters worse, the roof in the bathroom was leaking. Despite multiple requests for hot water, none was provided, leaving us with only cold water throughout our stay. We were told the hot water will soon come if you leave the tap open for 20 minutes.
Initially, we had reserved the room for two nights. However, upon seeing the deplorable condition of the hotel, we requested the owner to cut our trip short. Instead of understanding our situation, the owner was unhelpful and forced us to pay for the second night even though we were only staying for one. This lack of consideration and refusal to accommodate our reasonable request from a hospitality perspective was incredibly frustrating.
Having failed to understand our request due to poor condition of the hotel AND forcing us to pay the full amount even though we were only planning to stay for one night, we decided to leave the hotel.
We had checked in at 5:30 PM and by 7:00 PM, we were out of the hotel. We left the same day we checked in and did not even bother requesting a refund due to the terrible experience. Leaving without even asking for a refund seemed like the best option. The owners attitude made the decision extremely easy. Without a doubt, we made a decision to just leave the hotel without any compensation or refund.
Unfortunately, we didn’t take any pictures as we were in a hurry to leave the place. The pictures would have added proof to my words.
Overall, it was the worst stay I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise anyone considering to look elsewhere. The poor condition of the facilities and the terrible hospitality made for an absolutely awful experience.
