Very satisfied with the overall experience. From admission to discharge, everything was excellent. Hygiene and cleanliness were properly maintained, staff was cooperative, and the care provided throughout the process was outstanding special thanks to all the doctors,nurses,and supporting staff for their care and cooperation.
The Doctor and Nursing Staff is working very well and having enough of knowledge regarding the stone related before and after problem relating the kidney stone problem. And lastly the cleaning staff is very well maintained and well mannered.
I recently underwent kidney stone surgery at RG Stone Urology & Laparoscopy Hospital in Mumbai under the care of Dr. Amit Kolekar.
My overall experience was very positive. Dr. Kolekar may speak less, but he is highly skilled and clearly an expert in his work. I felt confident and safe under his treatment.
The hospital staff was also very cooperative, supportive, and well-organized throughout the process.
Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone seeking treatment for kidney stones or related urological issues.
Initially the process was nice and well discussed but after few moments at the hospital there were many issues.
Like, after the removal of stent from stomach in operation theatre when patient came out they have ask to go home and sits at billing.
They didn't give any Bed to patient to take some rest when I have ask them when that hv told it's depends on patient if they ask for bed to rest then only we provide.
It was a bullshit reason I hv ever heard.
They have taken all applicable charges including bed then also they are practicing these non sense activities.
Patient was sitting half n hour on sits after getting out from OT.
Ay the time of admission they have given the quote of treatment was 19000 package and raised claimed for 29000 which was taken from insurance company.
They are just making an business and don't care about customers service and patient conditions.
It was a bad experience
It is very essential that a Patient is guided properly during admission and the procedures. Even when a Sonography is to be done the Patient must be told what needs to be done prior very clearly. Like he needs to drink water till his bladder is full. And not till he feels like urinating. Where will he reach for the water or know his bladder needs to be full?
