Went to Reliva Powai for a pretty stubborn cervical spasm that had been flaring on and off. Dr. Anvita has been great — the focus hasn’t just been temporary relief but actually settling the pain and getting normal movement back. I’ve already seen clear improvement, and they’re now helping me rebuild strength properly so I can return to the gym without re-injuring. The whole setup is professional and reassuring. Would definitely recommend.
My mum has had issues with her shoulders post a heart surgery for the past couple of years but Dr. Anish did a great job with her therapy. He is very systematic with his approach and documents every appointment and progress thoroughly. He’s been a great therapist and my mum has had a really good progress and the effect is very evident. I have visited other physiotherapy centres in the past, but most of them were overcrowded with long waiting times, which made the overall experience quite stressful. At this clinic, appointments are well managed, facilities are appropriate, at an affordable prices and there is practically no waiting, which makes each visit smooth and convenient. The Reliva at Nirali hospital is very professionally run, yet there is a nice personal touch in the way patients are treated.
Dr. Richa is excellent, takes time to listen, and clearly explains the exercises, which really boosts confidence in the recovery process. I am very happy with the overall care and would highly recommend this clinic for effective physiotherapy treatment.
