Horrible Horrible service.
Placed an order with them (GK 1, M Block Market) for an outfit on the 17th November, delivery for which was on the 31st November. They give me a call saying that they will deliver it 3 days later than the said date because it was not ready from their end.
No problem till there. When i asked them to WeFast it to a location in Delhi, they said it is chargeable. I again agreed to it. Upon trying, the size was 2 sizes bigger than my original measurements. When i informed the person in charge, she argued with me saying that it was the same as the one I had tried in their store. I went to the store and put both the pieces in front of her and asked her to measure them. As i had told her on the call, the measurements they had taken and what they had stitched for me was different. Additionally, i asked to increase the size of the curve of the dress, as it was not looking that great. Now, today i get a call from them saying that it is 10% chargeable to customise it. Amongst all this confusion, i requested them to keep the pieces with them and sell it to whoever they like as i would not like to deal with a designer who is this incompetent! Also, just to add I am from Punjab, so to travel to Delhi for trials and not have it done properly is not a very good place to be in.
Very elegant lehngas are selling here. Must try at once. Good job had been done by their staff and by all members.
