Being a Sunday Rafiq arrived at our place within 10 mins and opened the lock to our bathroom. Quick service. Adheres to emergencies. Very reliable
Great service. I was locked out, he came within 10 mins, fixed the lock and made a new key all in 15 mins. It’s reasonably priced too. Highly recommend!
Best guy, came to me at 4:30 with one call and got it done in 5 mins
Make sure you call him, extremely reliable
“Emergency situation handled perfectly. Lost my key at 3 AM and this keymaker came immediately and unlocked the door safely. Very cooperative and trustworthy. 100% recommend.”
We got locked out of our own house with keys left inside around Mid-night. Found Rafiq via Google search, called and was pleasantly surprised. Rafique picked up the phone at such odd hours, was very patient, courteous and asked for all the details about the lock and context.
Proposed his solution, shared his estimate for what it will cost. Upon agreement, dispatched his brother (who also works with him). Arrived within 20 minutes of the call as promised. Were able to open the door to get us in.
For me big 'selling' points were:
1) Communication
2) Courteous
3) No beating around the bush / bs
4) Timely
5) Excellent on-site presence (e.g. cleaning work-area after done etc.)
If you ever need a locksmith around Bandra / Khar area, I would highly recommend Rafiq and his team.
