Worst customer service experience I've had in my life. They suck time and patience out of you. The customer service team doesn't speak English, and they'll keep on asking documents. I spent upwards of 15 plus hours and at least 15k INR to just provide them with documentation. I opened an account with Indusland Bank( their suggestion) as these folks wanted an NRO/ NRE account. Now, even the bank's services are dismal.
Overall fully satisfied and they deserve 5 star. Till date never faced any issue with App or webpage. For any queries drop email to their support email id and they will revert back professionally with a solution. I trade only in equity and their brokerage charg are zero and no annual maintenance charge too.
BEWARE!!!

If paperwork is anyway needed then there are far better brokers in India.
After a lot of research, I found ProStocks as one of the only brokers in India to allow completely online Demat Account opening experience for minor (under 18 yrs) applicants. Overall good service and also reliable.
Pathetic service..I spend more than a week to open a account providing them various documents they asked and I couldn't open the account at the end.
Finally I approached "Angel One" broker. There the entire application process took less than 10 minutes and they verified my account within 2 hours and I was able to trade straight away.
