I enrolled at Pro Slim Andheri on 20 July 2025 and paid ₹10,000.
I was not informed before payment that the amount was non-refundable; this was mentioned only on the receipt given afterwards.
Due to a medical condition I could not continue the remaining services and requested a refund for the unused amount (approx ₹7,300), but it has not been processed for almost a year now.
I am sharing this as my genuine experience for other customers so they should know where to go and where one should not go.

Before enrolling please take written clarification about the refund policy. I paid ₹10,000 and later came to know about the non-refundable condition through the receipt. Due to medical restrictions I could not complete the remaining sessions and my refund request for the unused amount is still pending for many months.

My experience with Pro Slim Andheri has been disappointing. Proper information about the refund policy was not given before taking full payment. Because of health reasons I was unable to continue and asked for a refund for the unused services, but only a credit note was offered which was not useful for me. Customers should be clearly informed about all terms before payment.

I had booked their full slimming package for around ₹46,000, but this place is absolutely filthy, unprofessional, and unsafe. I took just 3–4 sessions before realizing how disgusting their hygiene standards are. Every room is dirty, the blankets are used and stink of other people’s sweat — it’s beyond pathetic!

Even after repeatedly requesting them to maintain cleanliness and safety, they never bothered to fix anything. What’s worse, the treatment area is right next to their gym, and random gym boys or other clients suddenly open the door — while we are half-naked during the session! It’s not just careless — it’s highly inappropriate and unsafe for women.

After getting fed up, I demanded a refund — not for the sessions I used, but for the remaining ones. But they shamelessly refused, instead saying, “You can take lifetime free sessions now.” What a joke! These people have no ethics, no sense of privacy, and no professionalism.

This place is a total scam — unhygienic, unsafe, and disgusting. Don’t waste your money or risk your safety here. They don’t deserve a single star.
