I was in Goa and needed flowers delivered for a special occasion in Mumbai. I had heard about Pretty Petals and decided to order from them. Coordinating with them was very efficient and they had the flowers were delivered just as requested. Very dependable when ordering online.

Unprofessionally packed and received in horrible state. No liquid pouch included while wrapping. Wrapping was not even done properly covering bottom part. Look at the pic attached. Bouquet came from Bandra to New Bombay like this. Obviously it should dry out and look lifeless Such a waste of money. Considering the weather a little caution to keep flowers fresh would not take much of your time and effort. Your flowers came from Bandra to New Bombay without proper care and was delivered to some random apartment who is not known to me. Why would they take care of my flowers ? If you wrap them nicely with certain amount of liquid at the bottom just like most florist does it won't wither away in few hours. Accept your error and learn from your mistake rather than denying.
Really good flowers and extremely good service. The flowers were so royal and fresh. Needed special delivery in the morning and they ensured it’s on time. And also it’s economically sufficient for the level of product.
I have used Pretty Petals to do my floral arrangements since 2005. Till today their arrangements are stunning, creative and their prices are very economical. They use the most stunning verity of exotic flowers. Everyone else is too tepid next to them. I am so happy to have them do my flowers as these flowers really brighten up my life.
