Worst service the custom officer doesn't come to his job regular my parcel is stuck for almost 3 week just because the custom officer is not doing his job properly
Govment want export Indian goods around world.but mostly without money our parcel not move 1 inches forward.corrupted no money no work. how India become 5 trillion economy.(very high corruption)

This place is amazing if you want to export impor precious cargo like gold, gold jewellery diamond💎, silver and platinum as well we can follow here.. In during pandemic situation there were little change in process... Now export process is we have to deposit good before one day of dispatched In BDB Walt next day after Shipping bill filing custom procedure has been started.. All CHA are co-operative and super superb management by Bharat diamond bourse team. Proper security maintain here, very clean place to relax after done with your work. Only authorised person can enter. After covid19 there were change little bit of procedure and process... Overall superb place. Food shops are also available that's is one as well is super. There were many Custom house agent available like EXIM MUMBAI, BVC Logistics, BK freight logistics, Ferrari, sequel,Brinks so you can cordinate with direct airlines or cha but I would like to suggest check with CHA because they knows very well process and procedure.
Typical Government office, Officer comes to office around lunch time and you have to wait for long hours for your turn, every officer work after you offer them something for your parcel clearance.............
