I got my bathrooms redone few months back. Since Prabhat is nearby & has genuine stuff, I got all needed from there. Very good quality of products, prompt & well coordinated delivery service, excellent after sales service. Wide range of products. The sales guy Gopal is very knowledgeable, sincere & prompt.

Had ordered tiles from them based on what they showed. But what they delivered was totally different. They take payment in advance so that people get stuck. Also, for sanitary fittings they will charge totally based on their feeling on how much you know 😅 pathetic place for the money they take
Prabhat Sanitary is one of the oldest landmark so to speak in Lokhandwala. They have been around for decades and the second generation is not running the store. Over the years they have expanded their portfolio to include other products as well like modular kitchen, decorative tiles, fancy fittings, door handles to name a few. The choice of products to buy depends on the customer whether you want branded products or local ones. The split level showroom is laid out well for a good shopping experience. While the business has grown, the one consistent feature is the warm service. Manoj Patel and Arjan Ahir in particular are always happy to guide you and suggest the best option to suit your budget. In an unorganised market which is not so well regulated, this is a welcome change. This is probably the reason for long term relationships and repeat customers.
