*Disappointing Experience with Pets N More*
I recently had a terrible experience with Pets N More, and I would not recommend their services to anyone. I called them to set up a tank and was quoted ₹1000 for the tank and ₹500 for carbon.
The person they sent, Salman, was supposed to clean two filters, but he only cleaned one and put carbon in the small filter, not both. He handled the fish carelessly, Hence one of my barb fish died outside the tank next day. When I complained, this person refused to admit his mistake and take responsibility.
It's clear that they are only interested in making money, not providing proper service. I highly regret appointing them and would advise others to beware of their false promises.Terrible Terrible experience....

One of the best and well maintained fish aquariums place! Rehan is incredibly helpful and always goes the extra mile to ensure top quality. He's a trustworthy guy who is always available to offer helpful advice and suggest the best options for your fish. It's truly the go-to place for all your fish accessory needs!
I visited this place couple of days back. Just crossed this place, it looked so appealing. The fish tanks and other items were kept so neat and clean. Especially when you are shopping and fishes, you look the health of the fishes and the cleanliness. Everything was exceptional. Took a 12 gallon bowl, planning for more as well. Looking forward to visit soon. The people are friendly. They guide you very well.
This was my first experience with pets and more and It was amazing. I purchased an alligator gar and the quality of fish was really better than expected. Also the delivery was on time. The packaging of the fish was excellent. The owner of the shop ( Rehan) explained and guided me how to take care of the fish. Over all very good experience, please keep it up.
This was the first time i ordered from "Pets N More" shop & the experience was very excellent. Yesterday night for the first time I connected with Rehan Qureshi, gave him the order of my RTG AROWANA & the very next day I received it in Pune. The quality of the fish is excellent, which he himself selected for me. The fish was packed properly with proper care. I really haven't seen such a gentle & trustworthy person (Rehan) all these years while dealing online.
Communication is the most important part in any business & he has exceeded 100% in this. Please keep it up with every customer, you have long way to go.
Regards.
